Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Perinatal Mood Disorders and cPTSD are primary treatment areas. Chandra employs psychotherapy, CBT, and mindfulness/ somatic experiencing techniques in her practice, with applied skills tailored to the needs of each individual client.

Group Therapy

Artful Healing Counseling is currently offering two in-office support groups. Groups help clients to process emotions in a supportive environment with others who have similar experience. This provides members with increased growth due to the benefit of a shared understanding, assisted by therapeutic insight to aid in processing challenging emotions.

Support group for women struggling with birth traumas including complicated deliveries, post c-section grief, and resulting pelvic floor dysfunction.

Low milk supply support group, with the benefit of a group leader who is both a Counselor and an IBCLC.

Art Therapy

Art therapy sessions are offered to those interested in an approach that aids processing emotions through means that are not solely verbal. Art therapy is different from applying art as therapy. Art therapy is process based and uses art as a bridge to aid in verbalization of difficult emotions, while employing psychodynamic, CBT, Jungian and Gestalt techniques to aid in processing.
